1. The JBG Company, owners of Fairway Apartments located off North Shore Drive, will make a presentation of a revised redevelopment plan for this complex. It will have 810 units, no building over five stories, some underground parking. Additional details and features will be explained at the presentation.
2. Committee discussion of any other business, new or old, and approval of minutes of previous meeting.
3. Approve next meeting date and adjourn.
